Lone Star Circle of Care

Lone Star Circle of Care (LSCC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center, more commonly known as a Community Health Center (CHC). We are a nonprofit organization serving the primary and behavioral health care needs of all individuals regardless of insurance status or ability to pay. At LSCC, we are committed to building healthy families and strong communities by connecting our patients with the services they need to achieve optimal health and wellness. Guided by our mission, vision, and values, LSCC uses innovation and evidence-based practices to deliver high quality, person-centered, comprehensive health care home services. Annually, LSCC provides more than 355,000 visits to 94,000 unique patients. Lone Star Circle of Care is a Health Center Program grantee under 42 U.S.C. 254b and is deemed a Public Health Service employee under 42 U.S.C. 233(g)-(n) with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
