Since our establishment in January 2006, Live Long Well Care has a long history of helping seniors age in place in the comfort of their own home. Founded by operators of award-winning Life Plan Communities since the 1990’s, Live Long Well Care was formed to provide individualized care and assistance all in the comfort of our clients own home. In fact, our offices are located within Life Plan Communities where we collaborate with nationally recognized talent in wellness and healthcare. Our unique and long-standing working relationship with these industry professionals positions us to provide more than just standard care - we strive to provide our clients The Weller Life®. Our trained, skilled, and compassionate team of care providers are dedicated to providing top-quality services. We enable our clients to improve their current level of independence by creating Personalized Service Plans for each client that are tailored to their individual requests, catered to fit their schedule, and designed to handle those difficult or undesirable daily tasks. Common daily tasks provided include personal care, companionship, meal planning and preparation, light housekeeping, laundry assistance, hygiene assistance, medication assistance and/or reminders, transportation, assisting with errands, and assistance with pet care.
