This Nurse Consultant is a client/patient educator in the community of an exciting Clinic@Home™ service from HealtheMed where you can spend quality time with your clients. As Nurse Consultant, you will be responsible for implementation of an innovative approach to medication therapy management in the community setting. This opportunity is best suited for a person who will enjoy a new adventurous nursing role in a rapidly growing company. The ideal candidate enjoys home care and mental health nursing and is motivated to become part of a new and innovative system of value-based care. You will love this job if you are tasks and goal oriented, extremely well organized, enjoy working alone or in small groups only, and have an established history of excellent patient/client rapport and relationship building.
