Hands of God Hospice

Patient-Centered and God-focused Hospice Company serving Sangamon, Logan, Christian and Macon Counties in Central Illinois. We feel that working in hospice is both a calling and a ministry. Our mission statement is taken from 2 Corinthians "Praise be to God...who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God." We feel that sums up our hospice. We meet patients where they are (physically, emotionally, and spiritually). Our staff is entitled (within Medicare parameters) to help our patients have a good day upon each and every visit. We are approximately 2 years old as a company and have been blessed with tremendous and unforeseen growth (Thank you, God). As a result, we are in the hiring mode for RN-Case Managers.
