FEFA LLC is seeking experienced and compassionate Telehealth Triage Nurses or ER Nurses to join our dynamic team for a Nurse Advice Line call center 24x7/365. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, particularly in emergency care or urgent care, and excel in providing remote clinical assessment, health education, and utilization management services to a variety of beneficiaries nationwide. The role involves evaluating patients’ medical conditions through telecommunication, chats and videos providing immediate care advice, and facilitating appropriate referrals or interventions. In addition to triage calls, we receive questions requesting information on medical conditions, medications, diagnostic tests, etc. All calls are documented electronically, and all telephone encounters are recorded.
