Casey Family Wellness is soon to be Collaborative Medical. An integrative healthcare facility that aims to be the go-to practice for all musculoskeletal ailments. Using an integrated approach to diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal disorders, patients can receive both traditional treatments they would receive at their primary doctor's office as well as treatments they might seek out at their chiropractor or physical therapist offices. The kinds of treatment offered at Casey Family Wellness include trigger point injections for acute pain management as well as chronic pain conditions involving scar tissue and muscle adhesions. We will also offer PRP and HCTP injections for all joint ailments to avoid more invasive procedures such as surgery or joint replacements. To top off our additional treatments, we will be focusing on aesthetic services such as Botox and fillers.
