Camp Tanuga

Northern Michigan’s classic co-ed camp sits on the sandy shore of Manistee Lake and has been creating “Tanuga Magic” since 1952.​ Each summer we welcome 75-100 campers (ages 6-15) and an equally spirited team of 75 counselors, activity specialists, healthcare pros, and support staff drawn from across the U.S. and around the globe. Spread over 220 wooded acres, staff lead wake-boarding, sailing, backpacking trips, campfire evenings, and even flights on our full-size trapeze rig—all while modeling the traditional values that make camp life unforgettable.
