• Provide on-going guidance to UAS Assessment Nurses.
• Reviews active participants clinical records in accordance with Federal, State, and other regulatory agency requirements.
• Reviews charts in order to maintain optimum level care.
• Identifies quality improvement opportunities and resolve participant care issues.
• Maintain current knowledge of New York States Department of Health CMS PACE regulations including program discipline when needed.
• Conducts audits of participant clinical records to ensure compliance with agency policies and PACE regulations.
• Collect all audit findings and make sure that corrections are completed.
• Review all enrollment packets before submission for HRA approval.
• Review all initial nursing UAS assessments.

• Current NY State Registered Nurse License
• Must be NYS UAS Certified
• 2 years of experience as a RN manager/supervisor
