RN Nurse Manager

8H day shift with on-call potential. Must have: Active RN license, 4–10 years of clinical and leadership experience, Solid leadership background (supervisory experience required), Detox experience? Big plus!, CPR certified, Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity, Comfortable using Word, Excel, and other standard applications.

This Nurse Manager will oversee all nursing operations in a Level 3.7 detox unit—from staffing and patient care quality to policy development and community collaboration. They’ll work closely with the Executive Director, Program Director, Director of Nursing, and Medical Director to ensure top-notch care delivery.

To be considered for these positions, we require the following qualifications:

* Valid and active RN license in Massachusetts.
* At least 4 years of clinical and leadership experience.
* Strong clinical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to adapt to a dynamic and challenging work environment.
