To succeed in this role, you must possess a New York State Physical Therapy License, and have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapist education program. We seek candidates who have experience of at least one year in the field, and can demonstrate their ability to supervise support staff as needed. A BLS certification, or the ability to obtain it within three months of hire, is essential. Performs initial evaluations and re-evaluation.
Plans and implements a physical therapy program for medically referred patients, residents, or registrants.
Physical Therapist may assist with supervising support staff.
Graduation from an American Physical Therapy Association accredited Physical Therapist education program.
Successful completion of all Physical Therapist student internships New York State registration.
New York State Physical Therapy License required.
BLS certification required, or obtained within 3 months of hire date.
