Join a reputable outpatient rehab team focused on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to evaluate, treat, and support patients with musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions.
Responsibilities
Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Collaborate with PTAs and interdisciplinary team members
Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home programs
Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
Active California Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
Current BLS certification
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
