RN House Supervisor

We are looking for an experience Registered Nurse House Supervisor to join our hospital client in Duluth, GA.
JOB DETAILS:
Title - RN House Supervisor
Location - Duluth GA
PAY DETAILS
Travel - $3400 weekly gross for 40 hrs
Local- $85/hr on w2
Contract duration - 13 weeks (possibility of extension)
Shift - Evenings, Two 8hr shifts (3p-12a) and Two 12hr shifts (11a-12a), rotating weekends/holidays
Hours/week - 40

The RN House Supervisor supervises and coordinates daily activities of designated work team or unit by monitoring the execution and completion of tactical action items and work assignments.
Ensure policies and procedures are followed. Align team efforts and standards and measures progress in achieving results.
Supervise hospital functions to support patient care by facilitating team meetings and or management decisions and identifying action items.
Ensure safe quality and standardized care delivery.

Will initially support all regions : DC, GA, OR, CO.

Will be operating from Duluth GA facility and virtually supporting the other regions.

Must obtain DC, OR state RN licenses upon offer.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Supervisory/Managerial experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills highly preferred
• Compact state RN license
• Must obtain DC, OR state RN licenses upon offer.
