Matrix Providers is hiring a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team of talented professionals who provide health care services to our Military Service Members and their families at Travis Air Force Base in Fairfield, California.
Employment Status: Full time
Schedule: Sunday through Saturday between the hours of 7:30 AM-4:30, 8-hour work days not to exceed 40 hours per week
Compensation: This is an hourly position. $35.99- 38.99/hr + H&W $5.09/hr

Requirements: The Physical Therapy Assistant must have and meet the following:
Degree: Associates Degree.
Education: Graduate from a college or university approved by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Computer skill competency required.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant. A
minimum of 12 months of orthopedic full-time experience within the last 24 months as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
Licensure: Current, full, active, and unrestricted license to practice as a
Physical Therapy Assistant or possess current certification as a physical therapy
assistant/technician as determined by the American Physical Therapy Association
(APTA).
