RN Nurse Supervisor

Private Duty Nursing Supervisor (RN) – Missouri Licensed 
Pay: $70-$80k annually

Are you a compassionate, detail‑oriented RN looking to take the next step in leadership? We’re seeking a Private Duty Nursing Supervisor to support our growing team and ensure exceptional in‑home care for our clients across Missouri. 

What You’ll Do 
-Provide clinical supervision, guidance, and support to field nurses 
-Conduct in‑home supervisory visits to ensure high‑quality, compliant care 
-Develop, review, and update individualized care plans 
-Train, mentor, and onboard nursing staff 
-Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams 
-Ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory compliance (Missouri) 

What You Bring 
-Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri (required) 
-Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills 
-Experience in home health, private duty nursing, or related field preferred 
-Must have nursing supervisory experience 
-Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with clients, families, and staff 
-Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
