Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City has openings for Register Nurses. We have great openings for FT and PRN Day or Night. Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City is a residential certified facility certified as a PRTF, licensed by State of Arkansas, and is Joint Commission accredited.

We are seeking individuals to join our team who is committed to improving our residents’ lives by using a resident centered collaborative approach to provide high quality care addressing both the mental health and physical wellbeing of our residents.
Perimeter Behavioral of Forrest City offers residential services to adolescents ages 12 to 17 years of age. The Registered Nurse’s responsibilities include some of the following:
• Providing quality and excellent nursing care to assigned behavioral health children and adolescents
• Regularly assess, plan, implement and evaluate each resident’s care and produce a comprehensive nursing assessment care and current nursing care plan
• Develops measurable goals on the Multi-disciplinary Treatment Plan that are mutually set with the treatment team, and resident
• Complete daily progress notes for assigned residents
• Provides a safe, therapeutic environment that protects resident's rights
• Maintains professional relationship with patients, family members and the staff of the Facility
