Job Description:

Join the 4Main Medical/Telemetry Unit at a major Cleveland Clinic hospital, providing high-quality care to adult patients with complex medical and cardiac conditions. This Med/Surg Tele unit is fast-paced and ideal for skilled nurses with strong telemetry, cardiac monitoring, and general medical/surgical expertise.

You’ll work with an interdisciplinary team and care for a variety of acute care patients requiring continuous monitoring, advanced assessments, and timely interventions. This assignment is great for experienced MS/Tele RNs seeking a reputable, high-standard health system environment.

📌 Epic experience is REQUIRED
📌 Permanent license required before submission

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
✔️ Active OH or Compact RN License — IN HAND at submission
✔️ Epic charting experience REQUIRED
✔️ Certifications Required:

AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
NIHSS (can obtain prior to start)
✔️ One recent RN reference from a Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Director, or Charge RN (in MS/Tele specialty)
✔️ Must work every other holiday
✔️ Must pass ECG Rhythm Test and SafeMedicate Assessment during orientation
