About the Role:
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) plays a critical role in delivering high-quality nursing care within an residential treatment facility, ensuring the health and well-being of residents. This position involves comprehensive patient care, including pain control, and to support both acute and chronic health conditions. The LPN will provide patient education to empower residents and their families with knowledge about health maintenance and treatment plans. Effective communication in English is essential to accurately document patient information and collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams. Ultimately, the LPN contributes to creating a safe, compassionate, and supportive environment that promotes optimal patient outcomes and quality of life.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid and current Nursing License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
A minimum of one year of experience working in the Alcohol/Drug and/or Mental Health field is preferred.
Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English to ensure clear communication.
