Position: Full-time, Daytime Hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

Overview:
A Day Habilitation Program in Ashland, MA is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide nursing services to adults with developmental disabilities. The role includes medication administration, G-tube feeding, first aid, and collaboration with staff to implement therapeutic plans.

Responsibilities:
Administer medications and provide daily nursing care.
Collaborate with team members to share medical information and implement care plans.
Maintain medical records and contribute to service plans.
Provide first aid in case of medical emergencies.
Participate in staff meetings and training.

Qualifications:
LPN licensure in Massachusetts.
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
Strong communication skills and basic computer knowledge.
Valid driver’s license required.
