As a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Registered Nurse, you will care for critically ill newborns in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment at the facility, which is known for its commitment to pediatric care and advanced technology. To qualify, you must hold a current RN license and have experience in neonatal intensive care. Skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and family-centered care are essential. Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) is required. Recommended qualifications include national certification in neonatal nursing and strong communication skills.
