RN – Case Management

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Weekend Requirement: One weekend shift per month

Requirements:
Minimum 2+ years of Case Management experience
Active RN License (must be verifiable in Nursys and included in profile)
BLS certification required
Care Management Certification (ACM or CCM) preferred

Degree accreditation must be listed on profile or candidate must have 5 years of experience
Floating & Location Details:
Radius Rule: 50 miles from facility to permanent address

Floating required – travelers will float first and may be assigned to sister campuses as needed
Interview & Hiring Process:

HWL prescreen interview required

Manager final interview and offer
