DAY SHIFT + OVERNIGHT CALL: 8-hour day shift: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM. HOME CALL: 3:00 PM–7:00 AM

* On-Call Shift Schedule: 6 overnight call shifts per 2-week period, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

* Call Type: Home Call

* Patient Demographics: Neonates (OB), Adults, Geriatrics

* Case Mix: OB, General Surgery

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* Licenses: Active NY license

* Board: Board Certified or Board Eligible

* Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (AHA or RQI)

* Other Qualifications: Epic experience required; comfortable in rural/critical access setting

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

* Provide general anesthesia for inpatient surgical procedures.

* Administer epidural anesthesia for OB patients.

* Perform pre-operative evaluations and schedule surgeries.

* Provide overnight call coverage as needed.

* May supervise CRNAs and other staff.
