Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will play a key role in providing direct patient care, coordinating care plans, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the health and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with established care plans and standards of practice.
Assess resident needs, develop individualized care plans, and monitor and evaluate resident responses to treatment and interventions.
Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians and healthcare providers.
Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
Ensure accurate and timely documentation of resident assessments, care plans, and interventions in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Educate residents and their families about their health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
Supervise and delegate tasks to licensed practical nurses (LPNs), certified nurse aides (CNAs), and other nursing staff as needed.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for residents, ensuring compliance with infection control protocols, safety regulations, and resident rights.
