Stonehaven Senior Living is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN who would provide personal care to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our beautiful and active Assisted Living/Memory Care in Eagan, MN. The team includes a Director of Health Services Nurse and Resident assistants trained to pass medications, as well as activities, culinary, and housekeeping staff.

This nursing schedule includes;
-58 hours per pay period; Day shift
-Every third weekend and holiday rotation

-Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plan
-Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
-Assesses resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed
-Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status, and cares provided
