The Assistant Director of Health Services is a Registered Nurse (RN) who is responsible for ensuring that the safety and health needs of the Assisted Living/Memory Care senior-age residents are met, while providing staff leadership duties for our senior living community in Baxter, near the Paul Bunyan Trail, Arboretum, and Brainerd, MN. Our welcoming team includes a DHS RN, Executive Director, and Resident Assistants who pass medications, housekeeping, activities, and culinary staff.

This Nursing schedule includes;
-80 hours per two-week pay period
-Day Shifts, reliable schedule
-Every third -fourth weekend rotation

Responsibilities/Job Description
-Maintain current assessment and documentation of client’s health status
-Coordinates client health services
-Leads and supervises medication and treatment administration
-Monitors work and performance of licensed and unlicensed staff
-Support DHS to act as RN on call during scheduled times
