- Valid LPN license to work in the state of Tennessee
- Strong assessment, clinical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Experience with medication administration preferred.
- Knowledge of geriatric care practices is a plus.
- CPR certification
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
