Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, OR
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)(Copy needed)
Certifications: ACLS; CERT-TNCC

Work History: Should not be more than 90 days of gap in last 1 year
References: 1 Reference in entire work history Strong NEURO, VASCULAR, and ORTHO EXPERIENCE MUST OBTAIN TNCC PRIOR TO STARTING ASSIGNMENT - NO GRACE PERIODS APPROVED
