Required Qualifications
Registered Nurse, Psych
Experience: 2 years
Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted)
Certifications: ACLS-AHA; BLS-AHA; CERT-Crisis Prevention Intervention
SSN Required
DOB Required

Driver’s License Copy On-File
Flu Vaccine Required (Declinations accepted but must be from Religious Leader or Doctor)
