The position is M-F 8-9am-5pm and has a very generous compensation of $80 to $110,000 salary with a $10,000 Quarterly Performance bonus program. The position also comes with full comprehensive benefits.
This is an opportunity for a dedicated Registered Nurse Case Manager to join our client and make a difference in the lives of patients in hospice care. You will be part of a supportive team, providing essential care and coordination for patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage patient care in hospice settings
● Coordinate with healthcare teams
● Provide leadership and support to nursing staff. This is a flexible, community-based role with a strong onboarding program.
Fulltime | Monday - Friday 1 WE per month
Openings Pa: Greensburg, Uniontown, Ambridge, Canonsburg, Danville, Honesdale, Somerset, Stroudsburg
Illinois: Mt. Vernon, Evanston, McHenry, Mt. Carmel, Mt. Prospect, Northbrook, Wheeling
• Flexible schedules, no long shifts, and minimal weekend shifts a year

Top Skills Required:
• 2+ year of professional experience as an RN (Hospice experience preferred)
• Active RN License in the State of practice
• Associates Degree (or higher) in Nursing
• BLS and CPR Certification (if you don't have this - we will help you get it!)
• Valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance
