Registered Nurse RN Home Health $15,000 Signing Bonus

We are currently seeking a Registered Nurse to join our team of passionate and compassionate professionals in Central King County and South King County (Auburn, Kent, Federal Way).

We are immediately hiring: a full-time RN Registered Nurse, which includes a $15,000 signing bonus.

Pay scale: $52.00 to $65.00/hour

As a member of our team, your key responsibilities will include evaluating the patient and home health environment to determine required services, completing timely OASIS documentation as required, developing a patient-centered care plan in collaboration with the patient and/or caregivers, and triaging and addressing after-hours nursing needs if necessary.
