Registered Nurse – Progressive Care - Travel - (PCU RN)
StartDate: 2/9/2026 Available Shifts: 12 D Pay Rate: $1608.00 - $1708.00

Travel Surgical Trauma Intensive Care Unit (ICU) PCU nurses in Macon, GA care for critically ill patients with surgical and traumatic injuries in a progressive care environment. This role is based at the facility, a large teaching hospital with advanced trauma and surgical services. You must have a current Georgia or compact state RN license, graduation from an accredited nursing program, and experience in critical care or trauma settings. Required certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC). Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems is expected. Recommended experience includes strong assessment skills, the ability to work in high-pressure situations, and excellent communication. Required Qualifications
Minimum Years of Experience required? 2 years PCU RN experience

o NIHSS, BLS, and ACLS certification required
o BCR (Basic Cardiac Rythm)– meaning traveler will be required to pass an EKG competency exam as part of Compliance

Preferred Qualifications
o CCRN (critical care nursing certification) preferred but not required
