Lux Travel Nurse
Provides comprehensive direct primary care services to program patients across the lifespan, demonstrating age‑specific clinical competence in caring for infants, toddlers, preschool and school‑age children, adolescents, adults, geriatric populations, and women’s wellness patients. Actively participates in the annual review of medical policies and procedures and offers recommendations to the Medical Director to support high‑quality care delivery. Collaborates in organization‑wide performance improvement initiatives and ensures full compliance with all Federal, State, local, and Tribal reporting and regulatory requirements. Serves as a medical resource to committees as needed and supports the development and delivery of educational and training programs for staff and patients. Maintains timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation using the SOAP format and consults with the Medical Director as appropriate to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Provides medical services across multiple settings, including clinics, homes, schools, job sites, and other community locations, and remains available for required local or out‑of‑area travel for training and meetings while performing additional duties as assigned.
Experience & Requirements • Minimum one (1) year experience as FNP or PA • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record • Compliance with standing orders • Proof of immunizations and TB testing • HIPAA compliance • Successful completion of drug screening and background check Professional Competencies • Ability to work effectively with Native American populations • Strong time management and stress management skills • Effective communication and relationship-building abilities• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions
