Registered Nurse – Case Management- Case Manager - Travel - (CM RN)
StartDate: 2/16/2026 Available Shifts: 8 D Pay Rate: $1895.00 - $2012.00

Required Qualifications

1. Perm FL or Compact RN license
2. Recent acute care setting Case Managment experience, including Discharge planning for complex patient needs
3. Proficient with utilizing Interqual criteria

FACILITY LOCATION
Once a small farming community, Orange Park is now one of Jacksonville's most popular suburbs; originally founded in 1877 by a Florida Winter Home and Improvement Company. After the Civil War this town was overflowing with McIntosh apple orchards in an area called Laurel Grove. All these beautiful acres of land created a southern feeling to the town which later was incorporated in 1879.
