Compensation & Benefits
Hourly Compensation: $30-$56
Pay Differential: up to $5 per hour depending on shift.

Overtime Policy: 1.5x of hourly rate for every hour worked over during shift.

CRM: Epic
Onboarding process: Drug screening (THC included unless prescription card available), background check, and updated vaccines.
Orientation process: 6 weeks on average with assigned Preceptor.
Programs: Nurse Leadership and Nurse Educator programs available.
Hiring Process: Offer extended as soon as 5 days from first interview with Hospital
