Nurse Manager (Nursing)

Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Nurse Manager to provide leadership and operational oversight for Surgical Services. This role requires a strong perioperative leader with hands-on clinical expertise, proven management experience, and the ability to manage daily OR operations while ensuring patient safety, efficiency, and optimal outcomes.

Requirements

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
CNOR certification (required)
Minimum 2 years of documented perioperative and surgical management experience
Demonstrated leadership experience in Operating Room management
Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage complex surgical environments
Experience with Meditech EMR
