StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: 8 E Pay Rate: $2692.00 - $2859.00

Quality Coordinator/ Quality Review National Care Coordination Command Center Pilot project to support in Coordination of Care for patients coming out of hospital. Must be able to perform chart reviews, data gathering and can be trained to close letters.
