Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) –
Location: The Bronx, NY

Shifts available are: 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am-

Pay Rate: $28/hr

Job Description
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides essential support to nurses and ensures high-quality care for patients. CNAs assist with daily living activities, monitor patient conditions, and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Help patients with mobility: transferring, walking, and positioning
Measure and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)
Report any changes in patient condition to nurses or supervisors
Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
Assist with feeding and monitoring dietary needs
Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms
Follow infection control and safety procedures
Support nursing staff with various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Valid CNA certification
Basic knowledge of medical terminology and patient care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift and move patients safely
Compassionate, patient, and reliable
Work Environment:
CNAs work in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, and home-care settings. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work flexible shifts.
