Job Description:
Join the 4 Main Medical/Telemetry Unit at a reputable Cleveland Clinic facility in Canton, OH. This Med/Surg Tele unit manages a diverse adult patient population with medical, post-surgical, and cardiac telemetry needs in a fast-paced acute care environment.
This role is ideal for experienced MS/Tele RNs with strong cardiac rhythm interpretation skills and the ability to care for multi-system, high-volume patients.

📌 Epic experience REQUIRED

Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 18 months of RECENT Med/Surg Telemetry experience
✔️ Minimum 18 months of permanent MS/Tele bedside experience PRIOR to travel
✔️ Active Ohio RN License or Compact License — IN HAND at submission
✔️ Required Certifications:

AHA BLS
AHA ACLS
NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
✔️ Epic experience within the last 6 months (REQUIRED)
✔️ One recent reference from: Manager, ANM, Supervisor, Director, or Charge RN
✔️ Must pass during orientation:
ECG Rhythm Recognition Test
SafeMedicate Assessment
✔️ Must work every other holiday

Med/Surg Telemetry (Adult Population)
Continuous cardiac monitoring
Acute medical & post-operative patients
Strong interdisciplinary support
Orientation: 20 hours (non-billable)
Floating: Within MS/Tele scop
Timekeeping: Qualivis – Lotus

Skills Required:
Telemetry & dysrhythmia interpretation
IV starts & line management
Central & peripheral line care
PCA & complex med administration
Respiratory support (O2 therapy, CPAP/BiPAP)
Post-surgical care
Wound care & isolation precaution
Code & rapid response support
