Ebenezer is looking for a Registered Nurse - RN who would provide personal care to improve and/or maintain the senior residents’ physical and emotional well-being for our seniors living in our beautiful and active Assisted Living (Jones- Harrison) in Minneapolis, MN!
***The nursing schedule includes;***
-Full-time; 80 hours in two weeks
-Day shifts
-Weekends as needed

***Responsibilities/Job Description***
-Monitors personal care provided to ensure consistency with each Care Plan
-Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
-RN – Assesses care plans, and resident goals, and revises, modifies as needed
-Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status, and care provided
Required:
-Current MN RN license or by start date
-AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
Preferred:
-Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems
-Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
-Good written and verbal communication skills to get along with residents, families, and physicians or providers
-Ability to work with and have sensitivity to the needs of the geriatric population
