Travel/Lodging Allowable: Yes

Special Travel Terms/Budget Limits etc: Stipend will be provided. $3200 a month. (Rental and lodging will be in the stipend). They have a rental agreement and hotel agreement. (Staybridge suites) (Kitchen nets, laundry, grill, etc) Nice hotel.

Overtime Terms: no OT

Any other Special requirements/terms: no covid vaccine needed but a flu vaccine is required. Would like provider to have flexibility to go to the Bronson campus as well.
Shift hours: 7 – 3:30 or 7 - 5
Call required?/Rotation or Schedule: no call, no weekend
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Specific Dates Open: All dates
Types of Cases: Ortho, Endo, OB, GI, no peds, no hearts.
Patient population/caseload: depends on the case
Staff on Shift: TBD
Supervision? Ratio: Supervision, 2:1
EMR: Epic and Cerner, one day training available if needed.
Credentialing: 3 – 4 weeks
Licensing: must have a MI license before start date, open to licensing.
Required Certifications/Cred Items: BLS, PALS, ACLA
