Active Massachusetts nursing license
At least two years of home care experience
Demonstrated ability to provide consistent, quality patient care with attention to detail, strong organization, and effective time management
Experience instructing clinical support staff on proper treatment procedures
A positive attitude with leadership, team-building, and problem-solving abilities
Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
