ABOUT THE FACILITY
The 161-bed Kaiser South Sacramento Medical Center offers a Level II Trauma Center and almost 40 private rooms dedicated to labor, delivery, and mother-baby recovery, and is among only 83 hospitals in the U.S. to be designated for excellence in breastfeeding support to new mothers and babies based on World Health Organization and UNICEF standards.
