Elm Place is expanding! Our company has the only ISL (individualized supported living) home in the state that provides services for ventilator dependent individuals with developmental disabilities in Columbia. We are opening our second home for these individuals in Concordia. The RN will be working with a direct care staff to provide care for up to 3 individuals in the home. This will be a less stressful, slower paced environment than a nursing home or hospital with enough down time to allow the nurse to give our individuals the attention and care they deserve!
