Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Multiple Shifts

Contract: One year
Schedule: Full-time

Available Shifts

First shift: 6:15 a.m.-2:45 p.m.

Second shift: 2:30 p.m.-11:00 p.m.

Third shift: 10:45 p.m.-6:45 a.m.

For this position, the weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Assigned weekend and holiday coverage may be required.

Pay Options

Tier 1 – Benefits-Eligible W-2: $39 per hour

Tier 2 – Non-Benefits-Eligible W-2: $43 per hour

1099 Independent Contractor: $46 per hour

Important 1099 Notice: Independent contractors are self-employed and are not eligible for employee benefits, paid time off, unemployment insurance, workers’ compensation coverage, or employer-paid payroll taxes. Independent contractors are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and other applicable obligations.

What You’ll Do

Provide direct and indirect LPN care for approximately 50 to 60 geriatric or disabled residents under RN direction.

Administer and document medications, treatments, tube feedings, catheter care, dressing changes, suctioning, tracheostomy care, nebulizer treatments, and specialized skin care.

Monitor residents, maintain accurate clinical records, and promptly report changes requiring additional intervention.

What You’ll Need

Active Wisconsin LPN license or qualifying multistate nursing privilege.

Strong clinical judgment, medication-administration, documentation, and resident-care skills.

Proof of full COVID-19 vaccination is required for consideration, along with successful completion of all screening, credentialing, and facility-training requirements.
