Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in working with infants, children, and adolescents with various physical disabilities, developmental delays, or injuries. You will play a key role in helping young patients improve mobility, strength, and independence through individualized therapy programs.

Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and assess patients' physical abilities and developmental levels.

Develop and implement customized physical therapy treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians, occupational and speech therapists, and family members to provide integrated care.

Use age-appropriate techniques, tools, and play-based therapy to motivate and engage pediatric patients.

Monitor progress, document treatments, and adjust plans as needed.

Educate parents and caregivers on home exercises and therapy strategies.

Maintain accurate records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Stay updated on advancements in pediatric therapy and attend relevant training.
