Location Details: Flagstaff is in Northern Arizona, 2 hours North of Phoenix - 40 min North of Sedona


JOB DETAILS:
Ongoing loucm tenens need
Practice type: Hospital
Trauma Level: Level I Trauma hospital
#of Beds/OR’s: 317 Bed Hospital 11 OR's in the Main Hospital, 2 OR's in ASC
Shift hours: fulltime availability and open to working 8’s, 10’s and 12’s
Call required?/Rotation or Schedule: No call
Schedule: Full time
Specific Dates Open: Start date: March 1, 2024
Candidate is required to work all of the following shifts:
After April 18 there will be some time off but there will be another full-time need for that person starting May 13

Types of Cases: Ortho, ortho trauma, general, general trauma, spine, neuro, cath lab, ambulatory and endo.
Patient population/caseload: 50-60 cases per day
Staff on Shift:
Supervision? Ratio: Medically Directed
EMR: Cerner and SA Anesthesia
Credentialing: 30 days
Licensing: AZ License and DEA
Required Certifications/Cred Items: BLS or ACLS BC as CRNA

New License takes 45 days
Experience: Must have Level I Experience within the past 2 years
