💰 Pay
Local RN: $29/hour (W2)
Travel RN: $2,654 weekly gross
Includes $1,610 weekly stipend
Job Overview
We are hiring an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Level II NICU to support high-risk deliveries and neonatal care. The RN will provide safe, high-quality, family-centered care in accordance with hospital policies and clinical standards.

Schedule Details
Night shift: 7p–7a
Every other weekend & every other holiday
No call requirement
Float to Postpartum / Mother-Baby when needed
May provide coverage for Labor & Delivery
Responsibilities
Provide specialized nursing care to neonates
Perform assessments, interventions, and evaluations
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
Educate and support families
Accurate documentation per hospital policy

Requirements
Active Massachusetts RN License
BLS (Healthcare Provider)
NRP required
NICU / special care nursery experience preferred
Experience attending deliveries required
Must attend deliveries
