Founded in 1996 by Dr. Jerry Hric, Onsite Neonatal Partners was created to ensure every newborn — no matter where they’re born — has access to specialized, in-hospital care. Today, our physician-led organization continues to pioneer consistent 24/7 neonatal coverage and family-centered care in community hospitals across the country. ​Our Neonatologists, Pediatricians, and NNPs form dedicated local teams that work closely with hospital partners to enhance outcomes, build trust, and deliver care that’s both timely and compassionate.
