Qualifications

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required
•
American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted
•
Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
•
Surgical Tech credentialed from the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date
•
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's
•
degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required
•
One year minimum OR experience
•
Willing to be trained in Total Joint procedures
