Home Care Administrator

As a Home Care Administrator at Peaceful Pulse Homecare, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the administrative aspects of our home care services. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities, coordinating with healthcare professionals and caregivers, managing client records, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the home care agency, including scheduling, staffing, and client services.
Ensure efficient utilization of resources and timely delivery of care services to clients.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided and implement improvements as needed.
Staff Coordination:
Recruit, train, and supervise administrative staff, caregivers, and other personnel.
Coordinate staffing schedules, assignments, and workflow to meet client needs and regulatory requirements.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address any personnel issues or concerns.
Client Relations:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Conduct initial assessments and collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop individualized care plans for clients.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Financial Management:
Manage billing, invoicing, and payment processes for services rendered.
Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial reports to ensure financial viability and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
Coordinate with insurance providers, Medicaid, and other payers to facilitate reimbursement for services.
Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, licensing requirements, and industry standards.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including client records, employee files, and operational policies and procedures.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies and conduct internal audits to monitor and maintain compliance.


Requirements
Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field (preferred).
Previous experience in home care administration, healthcare management, or a similar role.
Knowledge of home care regulations, Medicare/Medicaid guidelines, and accreditation standards.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in computer software and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
