CRNA - Relocation & Sign On - Wisconsin

Schedule: 5x8-hour shift. 40-hours weekly. Operating room hours 6:30a-6p
Relocation eligible AND sign-on bonus eligible
EMR: Meditech Expanse
# of Operating Rooms: 10
# of surgeries per month: 575-625
Facility selling points: no weekends, no holidays, no nights, and no on-call. All of the surgeries are scheduled (it is not attached to an ER)

Requirements
Education/Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Required: 

BLS and ACLS Provider within 1 month of hire
Graduate from an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program
Certification in Registered Nurse Anesthesia
1 year of experience (preferred)
